Here are some things you can do daily to help your feet.

The trick is to do it nice and slowly.

You wouldn’t want someone to massage you super fast and only for 30 seconds, so why would you treat your feet like that!

Aim for 2-3 minutes each side.

This is important to help reduce tension in structures such as the Planta Fascia. Those of you who of have had Planta Fasciitis will be well aware of how tight and painful this can get!

Walking and running are activities which put stress on your feet.

Your feet do SO much every day and I bet their not the first thing you think of that needs a bit of TLC.
