Sports & deep tissue massage can be used as an individual treatment or as part of the rehabilitation process when recovering from injury.
Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation
Experience of working with a wide range of injuries, from the initial stage of soft tissue damage through to returning to sport. Also treating and rehabilitating older patients with an extensive variety of post-operative and other histories.
Dry Needling & Electro Acupuncture
Insertion of extremely fine needles into soft tissue with or without electrodes attached to provoke a inflammatory response that can aid in the healing process following injury.
Dry Cupping
A traditional Chinese medicine technique that can leave you looking as if you have been embraced by an octopus! Helps to improve blood flow and reduce muscle tension.
Coaching
As a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, I can help you improve various fitness domains to excel in your physical performance. Whether you want to work on all round fitness, achieve certain goals or develop an area for sports performance.
Weightlifting coaching is also available for help with technique and execution of the Clean and Jerk, and The Snatch.
