•Practice movements slow and controlled without weight to begin with
•Have a mirror near by so you can check your form
•If not above, video yourself and check your form. If your concerned, send it to your coach or personal trainer to check it out. If you don’t have one handy, send it to me! Always better to get it checked before an injury occurs ✅
• Watch trusted sources online to check movements and proper form, not your mate (they could be doing it wrong). Pages from personal trainers and health care professionals will demonstrate proper form as it’s their job to educate you safely!
