Recently I’ve been doing my weekly food shop and preparing food for the week on a Sunday.

It takes me 2 hours, 1 of which is going to the shop ⏰

I mainly prepare lunches and snacks for the week as those are the key times of my day where I may succumb to unhealthy foods and drink🍫 🥤
